The question is, what do we do about it? Maybe Walden needs to be next on my reading list.
Maybe a chill pill b4 the read ?
Reading before bed helps me. I’ve heard the glare from computer screens can be bad for sleep and to try not to use a screen with a glare an hour or so before bed time. I have trouble with sleep too, but I go from too little to too much. Like your Walden quote and hope you get some rest.
